ARE YOU A SOLO WALKER OR A TEAM OF WALKERS?

Walk My Dog Bothell is a team of thoroughly interviewed, background checked, well trained pet care professionals who love animals!

WHAT ARE YOUR TEAM MEMBERS TRAINED IN?

Our team members are trained in pet CPR/Frist Aid, dog body language, and soon, an extensive training done by local trainer Jen Gumas.

WHAT SAFETY PRECAUTIONS DO YOU TAKE ON THE WALKS?

Safety is our #1 priority here at Walk My Dog Bothell. Starting with well trained, background checked team members. On the walks, we carry a fully stocked pet first aid kit just in case. Also, we use locking carabiners to latch onto your dogs harness and onto our person. Ensuring that even if we let go of the leash, your dog will not run away. An “Eyes on Fido” at all times policy, street safety training, and more, you can count on Walk My Dog Bothell to ensure your pup has a safe walk, #1.

HOW DOES YOUR SERVICE WORK EXACTLY?

  1. After submitting the Get to know you and your pup form and it’s determined that we would be the best fit for each other, you will create your account and we will schedule your New Client Consultation!

  2. Then we will schedule services and assign a pet care pro to you and your fur baby

  3. We arrive at the scheduled time and start the service just as we enter your home

  4. We walk or care for your pet depending on the selected service at the selected length of time

  5. 2-5 minutes before the service is over, we will return your fur baby home and take off all walking gear as well as create the amazing description for how the service went. Including beautiful photos and exciting updates :D

  6. We exit your home, being sure to follow directions noted in your account, end the service timer, and can’t wait for the next time to see your fur baby!

WILL IT ALWAYS BE THE SAME TEAM MEMBER CARING FOR MY PET?

We do our best to have the same team member paired with your fur baby for the length of service! We are humans, we get sick, have major life changes, and are not perfect, so occasionally, we may have to have a substitute team member fill in, or pair a new team member with your baby entirely.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Any recurring service cancelled the same week the service was scheduled to take place, will not be refunded. Any recurring service cancelled by Saturday 8pm the weekend before scheduled service, will not be charged.

DO YOU ONLY OFFER RECURRING SERVICES?

Yes, we only offer recurring walks or drop in care with a minimum of 3 services booked per week required.

ARE YOU LICENSED AND INSURED?

We couldn’t do any other way! We are a licensed and insured professional pet care business that does not cut corners especially when it comes to safety, and having proper polices and precautions set up.

WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT POLICY?

Payment for recurring services are automatically charged weekly on Mondays. You will be charged for the scheduled services that same week.
