TERMS OF SERVICE
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS.

a. By agreeing to these Terms of Service during the sign-up process on Time to Pet, the Client
acknowledges and accepts all following terms and conditions. Without accepting these terms,
Clients will not have the right to utilize Walk My Dog Bothell's services.
b. Client understands that Walk My Dog Bothell may update their Terms of Service at any time for any
Reason. If changes are made, Walk My Dog Bothell will notify clients in a timely manner.
c. Client understands that Walk My Dog Bothell utilizes a team of Employees that are trained to
Walk My Dog Bothell's policies and standards.
2. SERVICE.

a. Walk My Dog Bothell offers fully customizable in-home pet care including but not limited to:
drop-in visits and dog walks.
b. Walk My Dog Bothell does not offer services to animals with a known bite history or aggressive
behaviors. It is Client’s responsibility to inform Walk My Dog Bothell of any changes in behavior that
may be a safety risk.
c. It is Client's responsibility to ensure Walk My Dog Bothell has all necessary instructions and
information to successfully complete services. Because all of Walk My Dog Bothell services are fully
customizable, it is essential that Client provides the company with all necessary details for the
service in writing via their Time to Pet account.
d. It is Client’s responsibility to supply all necessary equipment and supplies needed to perform
services.
e. Client understands and agrees that any and all communication, instructions, scheduling, and
payments will go through their Time to Pet account. Each service will be timed and tracked via
the Time to Pet app as Client’s proof of purchase.
f. Client understands that any attempt to book a Walk My Dog Bothell team member directly will result
in the termination of this agreement..
g. Client understands and agrees that Walk My Dog Bothell operates on a two-hour service window,
unless otherwise has been agreed upon and put in writing on their Time to Pet account and the
Supplemental Terms documented.
h. For example, if a client requests a service for 12pm, the service will be performed between
11am and 1pm.
i. In case of emergency such as inclement weather or natural disaster, Client authorizes Walk My Dog Bothell
to use reasonable judgment for the remaining services / responsibilities. Client agrees to have
an emergency contact, who is in town and able to help, listed on their Time to Pet account.
j. Client understands that Walk My Dog Bothell will not utilize any aversive techniques, such as e-collar /
shock collar, or anything of the sort.
3. PAYMENT & CANCELLATIONS.
a. All payments must be made via Time to Pet. Any payment for a service made outside of Time to
Pet will not be protected by these Terms of Service, or Walk My Dog Bothell's License, Insurance,
Bonding, and other certifications.
b. Client understands and agrees that all payments for reoccurring services are charged automatically on Mondays for services booked the same week. Payments are charged automatically until the client cancels services.
c. For example, if a client books dog walking 5 days a week, the client will be charged Monday of that week for those 5 days of dog walks.

d. Client understands and agrees that any services requested that are not recurring, such as overnight boarding, will be paid for in full by the first date of service. It is recommended to pay before the start of service, in order to reserve that time for you and your pup/s.
e. (Recurring Service) Client understands and agrees that any cancellations of a service made during the same week the service takes place, will not be refunded. Any cancellations made by 8:00pm, Saturday, before the week of said canceled service, will not be charged.
Canceling a pup vacation service within 7 days of start date, will result in a 50% cancellation fee. Canceling with 8 days in advance or longer, will result in a 10% cancellation fee.
f. Client understands there will be a $10 holiday premium applied to any and all services on
federal holidays, including but not limited to:

New Years Eve and Day (12/31 and 1/1)

Memorial Day (last Monday in May)

Independence Day (7/4)

Thanksgiving Day (fourth Thursday in November)

Christmas Eve and Day (12/24 and 12/25)
4. MEDICAL.
a. It is Client’s responsibility to ensure all pets are up to date on all necessary vaccinations
according to local, state, and federal laws, including but not limited to rabies, distemper, and
parvo.
b. Walk My Dog Bothell will make every effort to contact Client if an emergency arises. If time is of the
essence, Client authorizes Walk My Dog Bothell to seek necessary medical attention.
c. Walk My Dog Bothell agrees to attempt to seek medical attention at the Veterinarian listed on Client’s
Time to Pet account first, but if that is not possible, Client authorizes Walk My Dog Bothell to visit a
clinic of their choosing.
d. Client agrees to assume full responsibility for payment and reimbursement for any and all
veterinary services rendered.
e. If Client has a monetary limit to medical expenses, Client must let Walk My Dog Bothell know in
writing on their Time to Pet profile. If no limit is indicated, Walk My Dog Bothell may proceed with
any medical attention deemed necessary by attending Veterinarian.
f. In the event of a cardiac or respiratory medical emergency, if Client has specific wishes for their
pet to not be resuscitated, this must be noted on their Time to Pet account. If no specific wishes
are in writing on their Time to Pet account, Walk My Dog Bothell will authorize attending Veterinarian
to perform any and all necessary life saving measures.
g. Client understands that in the event of an emergency, Walk My Dog Bothell is released from all liability related to transportation, treatment and expenses which may arise over the course of attempts to provide emergency care to the dog.
h. If the pet sitter / dog walker has a medical emergency themselves, Walk My Dog Bothell agrees to contact client and make the necessary arrangements to fulfill responsibilities.
5. PROPERTY.
a. Agreeance of these terms gives Walk My Dog Bothell and representatives authorization to
enter the address on your Time to Pet account to perform services agreed upon.
b. Client agrees to have and utilize a lockbox or electronic keypad/method for Walk My Dog Bothell to have access to the property.
c. Client authorizes Walk My Dog Bothell to employ a locksmith and to reimburse Walk My Dog Bothell for
all costs should a lock, key, or door opener malfunction. Efforts to contact the client beforehand to request an alternative method to enter will be made.
d. If any property is damaged during attendance, Walk My Dog Bothell will make every effort to notify
Client.
e. If Client cannot be reached and immediate action is necessary, Client authorizes Walk My Dog Bothell
to make any repairs necessary and to reimburse Walk My Dog Bothell for any and all expenses
incurred.
f. Client is to inform Walk My Dog Bothell of anyone with access to property and any expected visitors
while Walk My Dog Bothell is in attendance.
g. Client agrees to inform Walk My Dog Bothell of any security/surveillance systems inside or outside of
the home.
h. In no event will Walk My Dog Bothell be liable to Client for any damages, unless willful misconduct is proven.
6. PHOTOS & VIDEO.
Client authorizes the use of pet(s) pictures on Walk My Dog Bothell's website, social media and/or marketing
materials for promotional purposes
7. CONTRACTS.
Client authorizes this contract to be valid approval to permit Walk My Dog Bothell and their representatives to
provide all future services without additional signed contracts or written authorizations.
8. WHO THIS APPLIES TO.

The Terms of this document apply to all pets owned by the client, including any and all new pets that the customer obtains on or after the date this document was signed.

9. CLIENT & PET INFORMATION.
Client guarantees that any and all information communicated to Walk My Dog Bothell on their Time to Pet
account or otherwise is up to date and accurate
10. TERMINATION.
Walk My Dog Bothell reserves the right to terminate this contract at any time. This contract shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
